Costa Filters (βCostaβ) warrants that its filtration products are free from defects in material and workmanship π§ͺ for the recommended service life interval as specified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), provided the product is properly installed and used in accordance with industry standards βοΈ.
π This warranty is void under any of the following circumstances:
Improper installation β
Misapplication β
Use in non-intended or modified applications β
Tampering or misuse β
π Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
βοΈ Remedy Under Warranty
If a Costa Filter is found to be defective within the warranty period, the customerβs exclusive remedy shall be either:

Costa Filters shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
